OpenPatrician Release 0.9.1

This release does not bring any new features unless you count the various installers now available for al mayor operating systems. So in short, what was achieved with this release:

• Native installers for MacOs, Windows and Linux
• Documentation on the site
• Upgrade to Java 9
• Upgrade to SpringBoot 2.0
