When you design a graphical user interface strait forward (meaning you don’t plan on the final product) you might sometime realise that you have components that would be useful in other GUIs as well. The refactoring of such a component can be tricky especially consearning the preserving of the layout (the optical impression to the user). Therefore this article should shed some light on how to wrap a simple Lable into its component.

Harry Potter and the One Ring of Power
This epic by Technomad is based upon Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. Voldemort kidnaps the four Hobbits from a parallel world. Instead of them Harry, Ron, Hermione and Draco go into Arda to set out on the journey to destroy the Ring.
The story is in large parts identical with its original. Instead of only two, all for cross over at San Gebir to continue into Mordor. The spider at Cirith Ungol is defeated with spells. The company of Orcs that come along are put under Imperius and sent on their way. Harry hurts his leg when he climbs a treacherous stair. Hermione takes the Ring for safekeeping until Harry awakes.
The rest of the story is more along the lines of the original.

Adding context sensitive Help to your Plug-in
For my Code generation plug-in I wanted to add some context sensitive help. Looking for any hints I only found a quick description at Macrobug’s that dates back in autumn 2007 when Eclipse 3.3 (Europa) was the current platform. Following these steps I could not produce any meaningful results. Therefore I figured it out on my own and present my solution here for anyone interested.

Harry Potter and the Heir of Gryffindor
This story by Venus starts in the summer after Harry’s forth year with the moving in of new neighbours. The mother is a witch. Back at Hogwarts they discover that Sophie was hidden in Hermiones trunk. Since the trunks are airtight she must be magical. Sirus teaches Defence against the Dark Arts alias Simon Grey. Hermione becomes part of a student team that participates in an inter house study contest. Ron gets in as a backup. When Malfoy provoces Hermione she attacks him and they both are kicked off the team. Therefore Ron is on the team. Sophie plans a birthday/chrismas party to be attended with company to get Ron and Hermione together.
While on the yearly field trip Voldemort frees Azkaban and attack the camp. All but Harry, Ron, Draco, Snape an Warwick can escapt to school. The five tramp through the Caledonean Forest to an Elven Cove where they stay for the night. The following they they track down Orod the Gryphon but are ambushed by Delphie – Imeldas twin sister. She has collected Sophie and Imelda whom she kills. Snape manages to kill her but then Voldemort and the Death Eaters arrive. The rest magages to get away.
When Harry returns home Sophie tells him that she and her father are moving back to London.

Just Plain Harry
This story by Mistral starts after Harry’s forth year. The group with the Weaslys, Theo Black and Brenna get special tutoring. Ginny is a seer and she and Harry get together. There are several attacks on some muggle related families. In on of them Vernom is killed and Petunia and Dudly are distute, so Harry has to help out. Malfoy and Wormtail kidnapp Ginny and by accident Harry to but the can be freed.
